Welcome to LIMITLESS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

LIMITLESS provides an AI-powered community and events platform, including weekly live events, community access via Circle, recordings, resources, and AI prompt templates. Access to these services requires an active subscription.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New members receive a free trial period through March 2026. During the trial, your payment method is collected but not charged. After the trial period ends on April 1, 2026, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $99/month unless you cancel before that date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Community Guidelines

As a member of the LIMITLESS community, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and honesty
• Not share or redistribute paid content, recordings, or resources
• Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Keep discussions constructive and aligned with the community's purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through LIMITLESS — including event recordings, AI prompts, templates, slides, and resources — is owned by LIMITLESS and protected by copyright. You may use this content for personal purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or publish it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LIMITLESS provides educational content and community experiences. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMITLESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where LIMITLESS is incorporated.
